Is it possible to have lines that are too long?

The more I read about other setups, the more I notice that most folk fly .35-.40 ships on 60 foot lines or shorter. Last season I succesfuly flew two .40 size planes on 65 and 67 foot lines.

Is there such a thing as too much line length? Is there a way to tell?
