I MAY have a spare horn- the ones for the 2 and 3 and the Rat Racer were all identical (stamped steel). I'll have to look. Why is it "non-flying?"

I build static 1/2A's and have plans for a few Team Racer's that I am hanging on the wall. They are kind of like a little museum display or something that we can always share, or admire ourselves from time to time. Hope it turns out just as you like.

I recently picked up a Trainer 2 complete with OS 15, tank and wheels. Gonna sand a little, degrease and repaint. The old, thin finish had nearly disappeared, anyway. Fly it once in a while, but mostly to hang up for nostalgia. It is fatter and uglier than the one I remember from my early years!

I have that problem myself a lot lately- Oh wait!- we were talking about the airplane here! I picked up alll three kits of the series a bit back, now in various stages of construction. Trying to use as close to "period correct" motors, etc. as I can. It's just for a lark...

JOHN...The thrust washer can be made by taking a OS thrust washer and file down the back side of the washer or Machine it down. I can do the machining. I'll look and see if I have an extra one laying around the houseshop.
