New FAI Stunt Rules (again - last time, promise!)

Just a short heads up for anyone who's interested:

A new, 2nd November 2003, edition of the Proposed Draft New F2B Rules is now (or soon will be ) available for download on the F2B Working Group Forum (www.rcmodely.sk/Controlline/index.php).

Also a new version (same date) of "Annex 4B" (the F2B Judge's Guide).
