Williams Bros: Are they still in business?

Looking for the great Golden Age wheels with semi-pneumatic tires that were available. These were white plastic, conical; looked like spokes covered with fabric. Anybody know? These work great with pants on my classics. Thanks...

Very strange. Just two weeks ago I bought a pair of this exact style wheel for my Zilch X in a never-ending quest to rid that sucker of the bouncies upon landing.

I was told they were the last set on the planet, that you are screwed.

Or not. While availability of the whole line seems spotty, my wheels (does "vintage" ring a bell, or am I wrong?) came right off the rack of Local Hobby.

It is possible--just barely--to pry these things apart and paint the disks, reassembling the wheel/tire sets. My are orange. So use a different color on yours.

I think they're still in business, I'm still seeing their pilots and plastic kits in the shops. Try this:

It's a pretty nice site. Kinda fun just to prowl around. The wheels are listed under R/C accesories and they still show the full line of balloon, vintage and whatever else.
