hey aaron heres intermediate......al and i had a great time nice contest with nearly a hundred fliers across many classes......al took second by only one point without appearance.....he really likes the way the junar flies........weve got the two olympic kits now and will be starting them very soon......i hope they fly as well.....

he also kicked some tail around on saturday in combat losing only three of twelve matches.....was an exciting day...i was beat to a frazzle just pitting

I'll have to ask or check with the AMA website. I think that if I use the AMA number on the plane I can get the name of the person who owns the plane. As far as the rest of the scoring went I left the event at 3:30 long before the contest was over. Thanks for asking.

I believe the Ares belongs to Wes Dick from Fort Wayne, In. At least it looks like the one he showed me this summer at the FAI Team Trials.

Rick thanks. The ama website wasn't much help finding the name that goes with the ama number.

OOh, some fine looking planes there. I haven't see too many upright engined Thunderbirds. Great looking paint job on that Jamison. I know they are supposed to be one of the better flying OTS designs, but for some reason the design seems to lack a certain pizzaz. This one really looks sharp!
One big advantage of the internet is being able to see a lot of planes in all their colorful glory. Stunt News can only show a few pages of color.
