I enlarged a profile Sterling Ringmaster 42" wing span to 52" wing span. I made the fuselage straight and streamlined like the Supermarine Spitfire. The elevator and stabilizer match the shape of the ringmaster wing. The rudder is stream lined like a flite streak cut down short only 2.5" tall. The Elevator is 3" wide. Wing ribs are all 1/16" balsa with 1/4" balsa strips glued to the edges like the nobler wing. 1/4" x 1/4" balse LE with 1/16" balsa sheeting from LE to the spar like the nobler. The 1/16" balsa on the ribs makes the wing thickness 1/8" thicker than it would have been without it. NO wing flaps. Fuselage is hollow and made of 2 pieces of 1/8" balsa glued together with 1/4" x 1/4" spacers to make a 1/2" profile fuselage. Wing is 1.75" thick at the fuselage. From LE to TE is 12.750". Wing area 620 sq. in. Lead out adjustment is a piece of 1/8" plywood 1/2" x 1.25" with one locking screw. The engine is an OS Max 25 LA with a 9x5 prop. It flies great on 60 ft lines. I adjusted the controls so full UP and full DOWN it always does the same diameter loop or figure 8. It flies so SMOOTH not twitchy like the smaller ringmaster or a flite streak. It flies like its just Floating along. Camera batteries are dead can't take a pic. Its a shape looking airplane and it flies great.
