Does anyone knows who sells ready to go FCW's for popular models, i.e. Magnum, Mustang, Cardinal, etc?

You might try Bob Hunt at Robin View Productions. He makes excellant sheeted with gear mounts, leading and trailing edge Foam wings sets. I would think that he would finish it for a few extra $

Nice foam wings, in any stage of completion from John Duncan:
[email protected] I've used many of John's wings, and always happy with delivery and price. Has templates for most of the more common stunters. Highly recommended!

I bought a core from John Duncan, and am pleased with it. But there are many sources, some with different designs listed or options. Crist Rigotti and Igor Burger cruise through here, and they make foam cores. Most are to be found in Phil Brown's fabulous list of CL Links. Highly recommend that everybody have the URL below saved to your "favorites"... Steve

Or if you'd like to try something different, there's Phil Cartier's giant Giles.

Anyone know if it is possible to produce foam wing cores for a Freeman Spitfire which has a curved L.E.?

Are foam cores restricted to straight L.& T. edge wing designs?

Randy Smith has produced some elliptical foam wings, but they are DIFFICULT to cut and sheet. He has sold some completed wings, but I just don't know if he'd even consider doing that again.
