Control Line Swap Meet

Are there any Control Line swap meets anywhere within a 3 hour drive of Middle Tennessee? I am 30 miles south of Nashville TN.

When and where is the largest CL swap meet in the USA???

I wouldn't know about a C/L only swap meet but you have a giant meet at Perry, Ga every year that while primarily R/C has an abundance of products and stuff that you can buy for C/L
Another one that is really Big is Lebanon,Pa held in March every year. Over 500 tables and believe me I've bought Johnsons, K&B's and C/L kits there.
Always go to the R/C swap meets. You generally can get really decent motors, accessories,kits cheap if you take the time to look.

What you really want are Swaps, period. Forget CL. That is where you will find model airplane related stuff, some of which (mainly motors, building materials and ancillary equipment) will be for CL.

We are lucky to have a lot of them within 2.5 hours driving time in Michigan. They start in Sep, and are just about weekly in Feb.

The Rocket City RCers have a swap meet here in Huntsville, which is about three hours from you. I believe it is in March as they didn't have the normal October meet. Lots of stuff for C/L that "they" want to get rid of. Example: I got a Sig Magnum and carbon bellcrank for 65.00. Not bad. A ready to fly Dolphin custom built from scratch, new OS .46 FP, lines, handle all new for 150.00. Picked up lots of props for .50 and a balsa stripper for .25. They don't build, they just fly. Their words, my finds. Just don't tell them you are into CL only or the prices go way up. They're not stupid, but it helps to keep them in the dark.

I assume this is Seattle Washington. Thats 2500 miles from here. Don't think I can drive there in 3 hours. Not sure a cruise missle could get there in 3 hours.
