Cool!!! Unless it has been chromed, use a good fuel (heck, do it anyway) with enough all castor content, that is the main thing. These old McCoys were known for lasting a few real good smoking runs, then the ring/liner fit went kaflooey (GMA said expect around 10 or so). He rebuilt one for me, but for OTS; he chromed it, fitted new rings, rotor, and a Stunt venturi and better NVA (the original is somewhat fragile).
The oil is the most important part, especially in a car where you have limited cooling. I'd go at least 25% castor, and a dash of nitro just for grins. Have fun with it, the old cars are really neat!

I've seen Jerry's TETHER car...Sweeeeet! Well, except for the orunge paint, I'd have to repaint it green to match my envy. I can't find time for the hobbys I have, so try to avoid getting new ones. But I have thought about a TETHER car, Jerry! Not being able to take it out and run it when I want to is a major problem for me, like flying Navy Carrier. Steve
