FIRST TIME cutting styrofoam

Hi all,

I would like to know if someone could give a pointer where to look for some guide for cutting styrofoam. I need something like a guide for someone who did not do it yet and may be even do not know what is it about at all. ... you know simple pictures are more valuable then tons of good stuff from expert's KEYBOARD.

I need it for my son in Oregon first time making model.
