Tried clasicairmodels today and it wasn't there anyone know if the site is still around, or is it gone. I was hoping to see how their corbra turned out.

My site is still in existense, but I've been inactive on the Cobra for several months while I got side tracked on home improvement and kids projects. I'm a teacher, and will be off for three weeks over the holidays, so I plan to get the Cobra construction finished then.

The biggest obstacle with a project like the Cobra is all of the work shooting the pictures, editing them, reshooting when necessary and formatting them on the site. Then more time is consumed deciding how to caption and then inserting captions for each photo. My goal is to show each step in as much detail as possible, providing as much explanation as possible so that readers have no trouble seeing what I'm doing. It's challenging but very rewarding, as I get emails from fellow modelers daily from around the world.

I really enjoy seeing the restorations on your site. Lot's of great techniques!
I'm a teacher, too, who will be off starting Tuesday until 5 Jan., 2004.
Keep up the great work, and I am looking forward to seeing the completion of this bird, er.... *snake*!
