Hey guys,
Surfing the net I found this kit manufacturer making spitfires. It's pretty cool stuff. I wonder if we can get stuka stunt to give us a 25% discount if we order the kit (or plans) thru Leonard. (hehe!)

You will notice none of the items are laser cut. Probably done by hand. Not a great kit. But at least they use balsa and birch ply. I can just see UPS delivering this kit. I can just see my wifes face. I think I'll stick to smaller kits.

$332,455 less engine. Gee, a decent rebuilt Merlin or Griffon shouldn't cost more than $200K. ROFL . . .

Think I will go with a full size composite P-51. The kit is a measly $150,000 and the RTF version is $475,000. Comes with a turbine, but could install a Rolls Royce for realism. www.cameronaircraft.com
