Does anyone know if it is still possible to get 2 inch Paxolin bellcranks or 2 inch bellcranks at all as most of my older design models call for 2 inch bellcranks??????? as I dont seem to be able to find any maybe I am not looking in the correst places.

You are not looking in the right places. Brodak makes a Nylon belcrank (BH-387) which is a resurrection of the old Top Flite belcranks and list for $1.69. There are also the Perfect belcranks, large and small, but I don't know what their sizes are. The Brodak one is better in the 2 inch size.
I have several of the Fox 2" belcranks still new in the packages. How many do you need. Fox mfg may still produce those although I am not sure of that.

"Paxolin" is a British word for "phenolic". I think it was a paper-based phenolic (I had a couple a long time ago) but I can't be certain.
If you need a 2 inch bellcrank, Brodak and Fox sell them, or you can take the SIG unit and cut the ends of the arms off (if space is lacking) and use the inner holes. You can also make your own bellcranks out of birch plywood (1/8" 5 ply is good enough for .15 sized Combat planes, Ed Brzys even uses them in Fast Combat planes, but for a .60 powered Stunter, maybe 3/16" or 1/4" would be better).
Remember, if you use a 2" bellcrank, you'll also need a fairly narrow-spaced handle, unless you like really fast controls.
