1988-89? Galaxie was a california company(Covina?) that only produced a couple of kits, the Challenger, and the Super Zilch.
I met Bill Noyes at at VSC 1, held at Whittier narrows park in East LA.
Bill was (and is) a Great guy. If He had wished to be a competitor,
He would be much more well known than he is.
