Russian plans "Wanted"

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows, how I
could get a set of plans for a model
called the "Eagle" by Victor Salinek (Russia).
This model also was "christened" the
"Cement mixer", I saw it on the W/Champs (China)
video back in '94 , from memory.

Any info or leads greatly appreciated.

I think have a good 3 view of the model you're looking for. I first saw it in Pecs, Hungary at the WC in 1986. It was really impressive as he had two of them and they fit in a box the size of a small suitcase. We nicknamed it the Greyhound bus as the blue and white color scheme and the large fat fuselage reminded us of the Dogmobiles.
