Looking for Frank Bowman

Hi guys,
the late Bill Melton told me and others about a person who makes rings for old engines. I believe his name is Frank Bowman and I think he is from the Southwest (USA). I have an old friend who is trying to get a couple of engines back in service and needs rings for them. The engines are old OS ones and there aren't any rings available anymore. Does anyone have a source for rings, or a contact on this person. I had an email address, but it didn't work, [email protected] I didn't get a reply anyway.

That's the correct, current email addy. Sometimes, folks go on vacation or the power was out (here). If you had a decent subject line, stating "piston rings", etc., don't worry, he'll get back. Steve
