Lou C. stated in the other thread that the Circus King kit wasn't released until March of 1953. Doesn't the PAMPA rule allow planes "flown" prior to 1953? If the prototype WAS flown prior to 1953 (and with the lead time in producing a kit, I can't see how it couldn't have been) this "could" make it legal under PAMPA rules, correct?

The PAMPA rules say ". . .designed, published, or kitted . . .". There has to be some sort of documentation, however. You are probably correct, but it is up to you to provide documentation.

There are probably a number of airplanes legal under the PAMPA OTS rules for which documentation no longer exists. Too bad.
