Your username is your first name folowed by an underscore '_' and then your lastname. To retreive your password just click on the login button, enter your username and the click on 'Password Reminder' button. You will receive an email with your password as well as your login instruction. Once logged in, check out Tips section for common tasks that you can do on the web site.
