Man, I hate this 50 KB picture limit...

Zilla, if you have someplace on the net to upload pictures to, you can just post a link and get around the file size limit. However some of the dial up users might not be happy as I haven't found a way to post a link without it displaying the picture.

The drawing looks much better in CAD or even in PDF format.

I wish we could post PDF's. It is even possible to plot full size from a good PDF file, as I use an export program. Even the line weights are right.

With a PDF file you can take the file to a local Office Max and plot full size for a small fee.

I guess at this point my PDF's would be considered Freeware. Maybe I should just post all my plans in PDF on the UHP website and have some kind of Shareware program.

You could send me Moon Pie or something if you download it and print it out.

I remeber Zone I. The finish was front row quality! Very impressive. The crash left nothing to be desired either, not to mention hardly any parts either...

What changes did you make to it?

It is Zone II but you have a photo of SP on the plane. Is that just for fun?

Goshzilla, since you have your Exploding Groundhogs website, why don't you drop the file in there, and just post a link to it here. As you probably know, you don't have to have it show up on your website. It'd be kinda neat to post a link to a huge file and blow everybody's minds with how long it takes to load. However, we don't have "Moon Pies" available up here in the Piney Woods, so unless you'll take alternate barter, we're screwed. How about Toyota parts?

As for Bob Reeves question about posting a link to a specific picture, without the picture opening, I have played around with the html "a HREF" code and can get it to work only for the website home page, maybe another page, but not a specific picture. I must admit that I have no idea why you'd want to do that. Steve

As long as you are the original author, you can release a .pdf file of your work however you see fit.

If you want, I already have Adobe Acrobat loaded on the same workstation here that has Autocad 2002. F/A the plans to me and I will do a plot to the "Adobe" printer and generate the .pdf.

I know you have your web site that you can put the digits on. However, if bandwidth is a concern, I have a site in Atlanta with virtually no band width limitations that I can put it on and hyperlink to a message on the board here.

I wish more plans services would allow electronic purchases and downloads - especially since so much of the new drawings are being done in CAD. I think that we may see it some day in the future, but for now it is almost exclusively analog.
