Super Cyclone problem

I just inherited an Anderson Super Cyclone. Compression is good and it turns freely. The problem is that the "timer/ignition advance lever" (what IS this thing called?) is broken off.

Where can I get a new one? Or get this one repaired?

I'd really like to try OTS with a Dragon or Madman, or a ??
