Nose ring?

How do you guys make the plywood nose ring reinforcement that goes right behind the spinner? Does somebody sell precut ones? My attempt at this was less than magnificent...

Ultra Hobbies sells a laser cut nose ring. I just draw the circles and cut to the line with my jig saw. It gets shaped with the spinner once it's on the plane so never worried about the outside being perfect.

I Don't use ply wood. I make mine out a balsa or none at all.

I mount a piece of plywood to the wood lathe face plate with double sided sticky tape cut the ring and then pry it off with a sharp chisel.

I cut them oversize on a jigsaw, and then sand them to the right size in place on the airplane.

I've made a couple using 1/32" ply. The stuff is so thin you can cut it with scissors. I use the spinner backplate as a template to draw the outside circle, then just draw another circle inside that one and cut...
