15%nitro 10% all synthetic Byron fuel with castor added to bring the oil up to 27%
(it's a lot of oil but I ain't gonna try no "monkey business" on my 32 without lot's of precaution)
11 x 4 wooden prop (a 12 X4 AEROBRAS clipped)
4 oz dubro plastic tank modified for uniflow
An old dubbro tongue muffler , the strap on kind, adapted to be screwed to the engine plus a pressure nipple.
The lil' sucker reached 11,200 rpm, with a low growl.
Could've made it reach 12,00 if I hit the neeedle, but he don't deserve it.
Lube was fine, exaust was still makin' lot's of smoke.
It really felt like a .46, I had to keep a foot on the bench, the only engines that I had to do this before were a ST .51 and the CB .46.
next test will be with 10% nitro and 23-25% oil.
