An interesting story so bear with me as I tell it.
As you might know I had posted about getting Powermaster fuel delivered to the WRAMS show in White Plains N.Y. Thereby saving a lot of money in shipping fees.
I had ordered 2 cases of my favorite blends, and to clarify the cost it would be $131.00 a case if delivered to my door
I scheduled the appropriate time off and drove the 157 miles to the show only to find that Powermaster was not at their appointed booth,even though they were listed in the booth retailers. Needless to say I was disappointed at this strange outcome.
So Monday morning I call and leave a message at Powermaster explaining the situation. Got a call back from Shirley Hammond who was apologetic for the oversight. Seems that I had been overlooked for an e mail explaining a medical emergency and cancellation of their trip to the show.
So to the point I was ready to reorder the fuel and just pay the tab when Shirly said that they were sending me the fuel Gratus shipping included. You could have knocked me over with a puff of wind,
In almost 50 years in the hobby I can't remember any manufacturer going that far to satisfy a customer, truly a class act that will be remembered for a long time.
Point is that you all know how good the fuel is, now you know something about the people who run the store. My sincerest gratitude to Powermaster fuels. Dennis
