Thanx -this reminds me i am old dog and this is a new trick! I think i inadvertantly built one. have not noticed the burp but as i said am trying to fly smooth and relativly level,and not falling down.I am just finishing a Zilch Expendable and will build a tank for that as per instructions. I thought that the ones i used to build had flaps.The plans I received from Tom dixon do not have them.Does anyone remember that plane?When I go home to Ill. and hit the basement of my moms house I am sure there are remains. thanx Carlton Zeigler AMA10168

Neither the kit nor the Air Trails plan version were equipped with coupled flaps. Dixon got a copy of the original magazine plan from me a few years ago, so he had the old stuff to work from if he has re-drawn it.
P.S. If you wanted to keep the same subject title, you coupld have replied to Jim Thomerson or to Leonard Neumann in that same thread you had started before. It just adds some extra confusion when you do what you did by starting a "new thread" but still continuing with an "old subject."
