Southern California flyers in inland empire?

Are there any flyers out in the San Bernardino area who might like some company? I met some of the guys from the Knights at the last IMS but I would like to stay closer to home if possible. There used to be a few flying at the old Norton AFB but I hear they don't fly there any longer.

I started back into control line a few years ago and now my planes are collecting dust and I really don't like to use the stooge without a lookout.

Look up Warren Walker in your PAMPA directory. He lives in Rancho Cucamonga, just spittin distance from San Berdoo. Tell him I said hey!!!!!! Larry NorCal Circle Jerks

Warren is at VSC this week... but there are a couple of Knights here in Upland. I will send you a PM and see if we can come up with a time and place to fly... If you have a PAMPA directory check to see who else may be closer to you. There will most likely be a sight opening up at Glen Helen very soon. I will be letting SSW friends know as soon as I am given the thumbs up...

An opening at Glen Helen? I thought they flew R/C up there? I'll have to go up on Saturday and see whats happening. I wouldn't mind driving out to Ontario or Upland sometimes if there is a good place to fly.
