Tower .40 parts for FP 35?

I have a somewhat tired FP 35 and remember reading that the 35 and 40 cases are the same. So if this is true, can I use the piston and sleeve from the Tower .40 to freshen up the 35? Along with changing the head also.

Yes, but you will also need to change the wrist pin and head gasket along with these.
