How do you upload pictures from a kodak slide show ????? I have been trying and its not working I have put it into a jpeg file and ever thing but this is new to me Help Help

Make sure that the physical size is no more than about 800 pixels wide. This is so people don't have to scan from side to side to view it and also to keep the text within the view of the screen as well. Then you need to compress the JPEG to under 50K which is the arbitrary limit that has been set for the forum. This is easily achievable with most any compression software (much of which is either already on your computer or free ware). But the limit is set to preserve disk space and also to keep the forum from grinding to a halt because of excess down load time--especially for people with dial up access.

Thun upload. (Also, you can only upload individual pictures, not the whole slide show at once for the above reasons.)

When you click "reply" or "reply with quote", right under the text input box is a one line box that says "Attachment:" and below it it says, "Click here to choose your file". That is where you click. You will get a pop up in the upper left hand corner. Click on the "browse" button to find the picture on your computer, click on it to upload it (Making sure that JPEG is checked) and wait for the picture to upload. It will be randomly named (Otherwise everybody with a picture entitled "nobler.jpg" would overwrite the previous person's picture) and placed in the attachment box.

At that point, finish writing what you want and then post message. Just make sure our picture is less than 50K or you will get an error message.
