Received prototype muffler from SQ. 8's for test on my ST 46 powered ship. I think it's called a Hyflo Muffler. Supposed to be 3/4 oz. It feels very light. Lighter than my other tube mufflers. It's all aluminum .028 thk. & welded construction. I will try to get it in the air soon and let you know how it performs in the product reviews.

Yes, tube material is .028 wall thick I was told.

Thanks Greg for the picture.Joe I dont put a presure tap on because there is no to put it.So you know were it is best. Gregs exhaust sack is slighty different than the production models and he spent a few mins. sanding the welds off the end caps. They do weigh 24 to 26 Grams! They fit S.T.60-51-46 and LA 46-40 FP 40-35 Magnum 36 to name a few. I beleve they are the lightest welded tube mufflers ever made! they sell for 35.00 +5.00 sh please email for more info Scott Dinger [email protected]

Installed mine today, will fly tomorrow.
Weight is less than 26 grams, welding and workmanship is
beautiful.

No changes from the previous tongue muffler setup except NV adjustment.
Two flights today, noticeable reduction in noise compared to tongue muffler with no obvious loss in power. Both flights at a fast (4)w/o break, will "tweek" more to try to get a break when flying this Wednesday.
More to come, this is a great product.

I have Scott Dingers new 3/4 oz. tube mufflers in stock for $35 + $5
shipping. They are copied from my T&L mufflers, from a couple of years ago. They are unrestrictive, and help keep the engine cool. You'll love them.

What can I say, except, it does all that I expected it to do-
light weight, reduced noise, easily installed(ie it fits).
It constantly receives favorable comments on workmanship and appearance from those seeing it for the first time. I polished it, it looks like chrome.
