#0 sourceAfter sending some PMs back and forth with GCB, following his lead, I am sharing a discovery that I found with this model.
The plans, as drawn for the McCoy .09 have a mistake. The space between the mounts is about 1/8th too wide. I took 1/16th off each side of F-1 and have a perfect fit for the Mac. So check yours first if you plan on using this set up.
I made a two wheel gear that mounts to the bottom of the motor mounts, and exits so that the single, embedded, wheel position stays the same.
It's a neat little plane, and I hope to keep it together til the Spring Huntersville meet!
