I Just thought I'd show some of the Cobra kit hand cut parts that I have done.

here's the cowl to fuse fit
and the turtle deck and rear bottom blocks

Walter, the cobra wing can't take all those wheels. I would stick to the plans and keep it to 2 wheels per plane!!
When you set up your next shop, are you ever going to get into laser cutting?

By the way, I picked up your Excaliber kit from T&A Hobby Lobby (Tony Naccarato) last week. Great fun to go into a real hobby shop that has real kits that you know you will enjoy building!
