Yeah, well, we are in Southern Illinois. Once you get south of Peoria the Chicago politicians don't much pay much attention to us no more. (They see how it plays in Peoria, and that's as far south as they go.) We're still scratchin' to find good telephone service here, much less that newfangled thing called the Inter-Net. Sounds like something my Uncle Looie uses to catch fish around hear. Anyway, lucky I'm still connected. I gotta get my incomin' e-mail from Indiana. Outgoing is maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe not at all. My wife sent e-mails to all of her family on Sunday of last week and half of 'em got it on Thursday. Haven't heard from the other half yet. We just need to keep things short and readable for folks like us who are still watching television using roof top antennas and having to go up and turn it when we change the channel. Good thing the wife is still willin' to climb up on the roof or I wouldn't even have a remote control.
