Polk City Contest...

Just want to mention the the Polk City contest was great this year. Saturday weather was near perfect. Today's weather held off just long enogh. A big thanks to the Mid-Iowa Control Liners. Things went smoothly andd the field was in great shape.

Mike Pratt held a stunt clinic Friday evening with comments from Jim Lee and Mike Gretz. Thanks guys it was good info and much appreciated.

Allen Goff of FCM had a Sunday service at the field and we prayed for good weather....it works! Thanks Allen and FCM. Oh, thank you Lord for answering our prayers.

I couldn't agree more about Polk City. Special thanks to Bob Baldus for all his efforts and all the rest who worked so hard. We all had a great time.

Now, if we can find a spot that gets your steak right the first time.....

Hi Mike. I didn't know you were on this forum. That's great!

Other than the storm that blew in right at the end, the weather was fabulous all weekend. Pretty amazing how the wind and cold air swept in just as the awards were beginning. Thank you Alan Goff (and your big friend upstairs)!

Most guys were scrambling to get their airplanes put away as the storm hit. The picture only shows the 7 airplanes that weren't put away yet. There were some beautiful stunters that aren't in the picture.

Thank you Bob Baldus for a fun weekend.

My first trip to Polk City. I had a great time . I will (Lord willen) be there next year.
