I bet this is a first !!!

Well, went to the field with my 16 year old Son. Started my OS 40 on my Cardinal. Went to the center of the circle, waved my arm to tell my Son to release the plane. The plane took off seeming to have full horsepower, but was rolling very slow. I finally got it airborn. I gave my son a two tone gardening kneeling pad to use and some how, which I still can't see how when my Son let go of the plane the kneeling pad hooked on to the tail wheel for a 7 minite ride. Yes 4 ounces of wasted fuel. Had a great landing. Glad it didn't send the plane on a inward flight. Does that mean I'm ready for a Bi-slop?

I saw a fast combat plane take off once with a GloBee Fireplug battery unit hanging below. It sort of lumbered into the air and the, when the battery fell off, rocketed away like the afterburner kicked in.

I did the same thing at an RC combat event only with one of those Rocket City Orange boxes. Threw the 15 size bird and along went the Orange box. How a 15 has enough power to drag that along behind I'll never know. Luckily, I used several different engines that needed different clips so I had a quick connect in the line, the Box dropped off at the end of the runway and I spent the rest of the flight with the clip and wire hanging on, got a few kills that flight too. No damage to anything but my pride, which the streamer on my wings took care of.

Then there was the time when I saw a budies big gas powered unit take off down the runway and then just stop in the air, shudder and finally snaped into the ground just destroying it. Walking out to the wreck we noticed that hooked to his tailwheel was the Glider Hi-Start. Somehow he had run over it on takeoff run and it had hooked on the last 1/16th inch of his tailwheel wire. He touched the tail to pick it up and the Hi-Start snapped back about 75 yards. Just nuts.

Glad everything turned out alright for you, and yes you can build a Bi-slob now.

Does that mean I'm ready for a Bi-slop?
