Here are a few pix from the Mid-Iowa Spring contest at Polk City (Des Moines), IA. I had to be home Sunday, so these will be P-40, Classic and OTS. V nice weather, cool, with variable clouds and breezes. Nice flying site with two permanent and two temporary grass circles. Note Doc Holliday's neat Dragon art work! Thanks to Bob Baldus and all the gang! Especially the nice lady who fetched sandwichwes from town at the combat site!
