ARF Nobler

Well, it looks like I will be able to finally get to work on my Nobler.
The better half gave it to me for Christmas, but other projects have seen it take a back seat. I plan on leaving it stock except for the control system. Power by either a DS 40 (opened the venturi, added 2 shims per directions) or the L&J Fox 35. Only problem withthe Fox is the odd glow plug position.
Really looking forward to getting this one in the air! Aaron had heard so many stories about my "first Green Box" from over 40 years ago that he picked it out for "Mom" to get it.
Is it un-realistic to think of a 4" bellcrank? Will put ball links from Flap horn back, including the one from the bellcrank. I think I will leave the rod hook up in the bellcrank and put in .032 solids.

Go for it! John Simpson's Red Nobler had a 4" bellcrank in it and was one of the sweetest flying Noblers I have ever had my hands on!
