Thank you very much for your efforts with your Half A Plans website. I find that the plans are very stimulating and now desire to put asside other interests in an effort to build several of these airplanes. Un-fortunately, I know that I cannot do that, but my desire is still there.

I was just there. Crazy internet! LOL!!
Only problem I saw was that Tony accidently loaded the opening page to a couple of the articles upside down. Got a *little* dizzy standing on my head to read them. (of course, many would say that is my USUAL condition)

There is a single-design stunt comp for the Chihuahua here in the UK - Day Day usually wins it with his PAW 80 powered version.

Hmm, of the less than half a dozen British model mags in my collection, I think the Chihuahua is in one. If I remember correctly it had folded full size plans. Guess I'll have to dig the mags out again and see.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I built several Bluetail Flys back in the 50's. First two powered by Thermal Hoppers, several with Babe Bees. Got plans from John Pond a few years ago and built another, powered by an Atwood Shriek.

What I reckon is this - after I've uploaded my pages Geocities comes in and adds their advertising to my pages - that's why we see the unavailable message!

Try the original again for true 1:1 1/2A plans (I hope).

It was working yesterday but if I lingered too long (varied between approximately 10 to 30 minutes) I would get the "Sorry, this site is temporarily not avilable" message if I clicked on the thumbnail to get the full size copy. Same thing happened today after about 15 minutes.

I noticed that you changed the background and added more pages for the Cihuahua since yesterday. It appears that there are still two pages missing. I hope you are able to add them because I would love to see the rest of the isometric.

BTW Tony, great job and thanks for all the effort on your part.

It's probably the model I'm most interested in as well . Is anyone else getting the same thing.

Yesterday, I assumed it was something to do with the Download Limit nonsense but today I was able to download a couple of pages of Tiny Tot after trying Ole Tiger before the Download Limit cut in.

Quite odd!

Yep! I get the same identical result. After many tries I have yet to see the full size Ole Tiger.

Tony. Thank you for your efforts. I got about 2/3 of the Chihuahua (LOVE that design!) plan before I got the "data transfer limit exceeded" foolishness. I'll keep trying. Once again, Thank you.

For you 1/2-A stunt fans. -- Especially those in jolly olde England. You can do no wrong building one of Ron Prentice's "Small Fry" series. The original Small Fry was the C/L stunt winner at the 1948 All Herts Rally (near London). Ron went on to enlarge the design into "Big Fry" and later the "Tiny Fry". All of these fly well and are easy to build.

Ron lives in a 16th C. mill house in Taunton (Somerset county). On our last visit, the mill stream has moved so his house is no longer on the river. Ron is still busy with free flight models.

All of your links for 1/2A plans come up as a page of links, most of which don't work. I get all the usual messages, 'Page not available', etc. From experience with helping various friends with their sites I can tell you that Btinternet is one big rip-off. I can only suggest that you try my server. Free-Online 'Connect Lite' costs £9.99 a month and gives you 250 Mb of webspace with a limit of 20 hours a week, not including midnight to 7am.

How about a 130% Chihuahua for a 2.5?

That horrible noise is an Avro Vulcan doing a low and slow pass with a pull away - it used to set off all the car alarms in the carpark and make all the babies cry.

When I'm back in work I'll move it somewhere better.

"Horrible, loud noise", indeed! THAT, my man, was a real, live jet engine, or engines. Doesn't quite have the same gut-wrenching howl of the multi-cylinder Merlin in a Mustang at full throttle, but very satisfying anyhow.

'Course, She Who Must Be Obeyed did request that I turn it down a bit.

A Vulcan, eh? Great pixes. You Brits design some of the most elegant machinery! One of my favorite aircraft.
