Left Handed Pushrod Insert

On Tom Morris's web page, he list a Left Handed pushrod insert, so that you can adjust the pushrod length without having to disconnect the clevis or balljoint.

I assume that you put the left hand threaded insert on one side and a standard right handed insert on the other. Doesn't this have to work inconjunction with a left handed balljoint or clevis? I don't see any such animal on his web site.

The left hand thread joiner also has a hexagonal shank made into it for using a small wrench. The balljoints will thread onto the left hand thread with some, but minimal, effort. Being the nylon or whatever material the balljoint is made of (?) the threads sort of cut themselves when you first thread them on. I have used them (LH) 4 or 5 times now with no problems.
Just don't like having to make the hatch in the side of the fuselage!! LOL!!

Nelson Hobbies (Previously, Rocket City) has Left Hand threaded ball ends. I just picked some up at the Toledo Show.

LHS might be able to get them since most replaced RC with Nelson.

I have used this setup in my last two planes.

I put the LH end in the tail so it can be accessed through a 1 x 1-1/4 hatch under the stab.
