Slight building quandry..

So I'm making some progress on the Oriental. I plan to use cloth hinges. The plans call for attaching the flaps prior to installing the wing to the fuse.

But, if I do this, won't that make it difficult, if not impossible, to truly measure incidence and level when I install the wing?

If I don't install the flaps first, I'm afraid it will be difficult install them once the wing is mounted.

Suggestions?

I always have the wing "in the fuselage" when using cloth hinges on the I Beamers. No other way to do it.
I put the hinges on the flaps, then attach to wing.
Then you cover over all of it, and sand or cut down the hinge line to separate the covering. Just DON'T cut through the hinges! hahaha

I think there are many ways to do this. If you mark alignment lines on the fuse (leading and trailing edge) and wing LE and TE, that would be one way to install a flapped wing. On the other hand, as long as the flap horn is on, I see no reason why you couldn't install the flaps after gluing the wing in (and having measured the incidences.
