Update on Ted's handles.

Hi guys.

Hate to do this but I've been swamped with e-mails and the rest of the handles are now more than spoken for. Please don't send anymore request and unless you've heard positively from me regarding an order please don't send me any money.

I will have to sort the orders I've gotten by date and time to be as fair as possible and will include an envoice with the handles when I send them out.

I should make it clear that "no-one" has actually sued me regarding the handles and, even more importantly, I seriously doubt I would ever be sued by a stunt flyer. I just know you all better than that.

The reality is that my financial advisors and their associated legal team feel there is too much exposure to suits stemming from outsiders who might be injured or otherwise be impacted by a stunt flyer using a handle purchased from me. Although I'm not rich I do have enough assets to appeal to someone on a gold digging mission.

They've suggested the "corporation" or independent business route and, if I really had in mind a "line" of products I might have considered doing so. In the final analysis it just seemed a wiser decision for me to pursue the possibility of someone who is so engaged and appropriately insured/protected to obtain the rights to produce the handles along with the other products they sell.

I'm hopeful that something along those lines will happen because I continue to feel the handle is a bit better mousetrap for serious stunt flying and is worthy of being made available to those who prefer it. Let's hope that such a thing comes to pass.

Thanks to all who've had so many nice things to say about them. I'm glad they've enhanced your flying experiences.

Those who sent private messages via SSW, I've only just now received them due to the temporary outage on the forum. These will be sorted into the order they were sent based on date and time. I would like to make it very clear that I sent this order to you almost exactly 4 hours, 18 minutes and 26 seconds **prior** to your first posting concerning your handles and the sale of remaining pieces.
