You have my permission! I have searched the threads on the OS 20 and 25 FP set ups, but I miss the venturi sizes. I can only find "stock" being referred to. Are the venturis for both the same?
I have a "stock" 25FP venturi, but don't know if it is the same as other "stock 25 fp Venturi or the 20 venturi.
TIA

Actually the stock venturi as supplied by OS for both the 20 FP and 25 FP is .257

One of our clubmembers was having difficulty running a 20 with the bigger venturi even using an air filter. He went down to a 228 which did fine. Not sure what needle valve he had. Probably an ST.

The .228 is what I recommend for the .20 with the OS needle. Use a .238 with the 25. Then you can go to a less restrictive muffler and you won't lose power.
