We had a very good time.

I was amazed that Steve Fitton did very well with a Tomahawk in OTS, Sport Stunt, Profile Stunt, and Classic!! OS 25 FP, and he flew it well!

Aaron's plane (second in Advanced) is a Geo XL w/ Geo Bolt wing, and PA 61. The Geo Juno is mine.

Thanks. If I could only spell Atlanta correctly. Sorry about the
mix-up on the planes, got the info off the registration and must have got it wrong.

I had a great time too. Steve and that Tomahawk were pretty impressive. Old technology still works!

I didn't fly the Tomahawk in OTS. I have no idea if its legal or not, but I don't know the OTS pattern anyhow so its not a major worry for me.

Thanks guys for the compliments for this little bird. I've been very suprised at how well it works!

That was a slip up on my part. I helped launch Steve several times and he had SO many flights with that Tomahawk that I was beginning to think they were making up events that Steve was flying in!
Sorry, I should have re-read the results, then I would have realised that he only flew it in three events.
Don't think that slip up really matters because he finished pretty good with it in the events he DID fly it in. So much so that we (Aaron and I) will probably build a pair of them. Simple and effective.
Main thing was that we had a real good time.

I don't see Teosawki and Great Looking going together anytime soon. You must be thinking of something else.

The End Of Stunt As We Know It, IMHO is about the ugliest stunt ship I have ever seen! But it flies very well. Sorta resembles a combat ship if you squint a little. Mr. Clayton Smith did come up with a design that has a killer turn and is stable.

It's called a Roadkill Mk.2 by Marshall Busby. As I said, a great looking ship...

Roadkill... TEOSAWKI... Roadkill... TEOSAWKI... See? VERY easy to get those two confused. Oh boy...

Actually, pics of both were posted right next to each other in an old thread. There followed much discussion about what was what.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Anyway, here are the pics (Hopfully). You can figure out which is which yourself...

I can easily see where you could get the TEOSAWKI and Marshall's Roadkill confused. They both have light blue on them! LOL!!
The RK is/was (not sure if Buzz still has it) a good looking, good flying ship.

Is there something wrong with the PAMPA Beginner JSO postings?

It appears that each of the pilots listed flew in events previous with excellent full pattern scores. Whats up?

I know that in sport stunt at least, the beginners can fly the beginner pattern and then receive a handicap bonus of points to make their scores competitive with those flying the full pattern. This may not seem like the fairest way to do something, but it increased participation in an event that didn't have many entries to start with.
