I agree, WHAT? BUILD IT BY THE PLANS, DON'T BE SILLY!!!! Like the profile change, similar to what I did.
Suggestion paint the arrowshaft white to blend with the fuselage.

Very slick. The paint scheme should show well against cloudy skies or cluttered backdrops. I like the profile shape.
That is a very nice looking plane Greg.Did you build your own landing gear are is someone producing it?

Don't know the weight yet (no scale). The wing is a Tom Morris millennium wing construction (light). I took the wing over to my friends to weigh it on his scale when I was building it and it was 7 oz. with polyspan and 3 coats of clear. For now the engine is a Stalker 46. Might even try the Stalker 40 in the P40 class. We'll see how it performs and if not we have backups. GRINS

Very sharp looking airplane!
Really like the striping on the canopy and the wheel pants. That's a lot of good looking work going on there.

Greg, your Cardinal is simply awesome, I love it! But as for some others that think the Cardinal is lacking something, I dont understand why. Here are some better pics of Wynn's Cardinal. Whats not to like? This plane is also sweet, sigh........
Yes, I agree this one is very cool. And the paint job enhances it very nicely, makes it look very unique. Another Cardinal to be proud of!!....Anymore out there???
Here are a couple pictures of my lowly monokote covered Cardinal.I just love flying this plane.I keep making small changes to trim and it just keeps getting better.This is the first plane that I can feel each little change in.It is probably me learning but i will give the plane the credit.The LA40 and uniflow clunk tank combo is super.Just a great kit and motor combo.I fly it on 60ft eye to eye .015" lines.Lap times of 5.1-5.2 secs with good tension everywhere .I think the modes Greg did are great also and I may try a version of it if I build another one.Sorry but no paint yet!(monokote).I have been watching Windys finishing videos and I am getting the want to try paint!Next year maybe.For now we must fly.
