Adjustable rudder on an OTS

Would an adjustable rudder be allowed in OTS? I know we can't use a "Rabe" rudder and that the PAMPA rules state we can use trim tabs. How 'bout it?

We can use adjustable tip weights and line rake, that's just another trimming device, but I havn't heard anything definitive on it. Since we can use the adjustable leadout guides why bother with an adjustable rudder. Just set it so that you know it's not inboard and use line rake for the rest of the trimming.

I think there was a previous thread about this. I personally don't see any problem. I had one on my Viking. The wing structure there is such that I didn't want to use adjustable leadouts. I also don't think you have to use the amount of rudder offset shown on the plans (nor the excessive amount of tipweight). As said, these are trim items.
