who is the CD/ED for Beginner at the Nats?

I am looking for contact information for the CD/ED for the beginner class at the upcoming Nationals. Specifically, will my wife be allowed to fly her Noblarf? I am not interested in starting another huge debate, just the current rules.

Allen Brickhaus has been the ED of Beginner at the Nats since its inception......he is registered here....try e-mailing him.

My blush is that it is certainly allowed, as, I believe, there is no BOM nor appearance point situation in Beginner.

I seem to be the ED of Intermediate, and ARF's are welcome there, although they must forgo appearance points.

I don't recall seeing any special rules for beginner, so they should be allowed, since that's the default condition.

Thanks to all, I'll contact Al and get the skinny from the horses mouth so to speak. I expected that it would be okay, but Allana wanted to be sure.

She has already been caught standing way too close to semi retired PA planes. She took delivery of her very own and very first PA 40 Lite at the NW regionals. That should satisfy her need for an engine for awhile. She also has a nearly finished Beretta hanging from the ceiling. A quick change to the engine compartment and I think the new engine will be very happy.

Allana is coming along very well, she should be pattern capable again soon.
