So is it Classic?

I have a book published in 1960 that contains plans for an .020/.049 size plane and it says you can scale up the design a specific amount for two different larger engine sizes. If I build the biggest one, is it legal in Classic?

I built the .049 size when I was a kid, but I wouldn't want to do that one again.... Too much nostalgia might be boring.

Basically yes. There is another, I believe OTS, called the "Easy". The plans show about 6 different sizes for it and has a chart showing all the dimensions. This was not untypical of the 50's and into the 60's in Air Trails or Flying Models. The idea is to come up with an unknown model from either era, be first on the block and have fun. It problably won't fly worth a hoot, but who cares. At least it won't be a Nobler. Also, since no one has ever seen one, how are they going to protest if you bring the article or plans? Ha.
