About half way through doing a wing over the plane made a right turn, looped went overhead, came back down, went 90 degrees to the right and went across the fence, over the freeway exit and hit the dike about 250’ away. Said to myself the “lines broke”. HOWEVER, looking at the pieces of the destroyed plane BOTH EARS of the Brodak Bell Crank were snapped in the same place. Both about 3/8” from the end. Now taking a close look you could see the FLAW in the Bell Crank at the break. One arm had an air pocket. There was no material about half was gone.

SO I have a QUESTION. What Material it the Brodak Bell Crank? Would UV Rays attack this material? Would Fuel attack it also? Since this Bell Crank is exposed I have an ISSUE.
