Have an Oliver Tiger .15 Mk IV.
Needs new bearings, anyone know of source for these parts?

#1 sourcewww.bocabearings.com has ball bearings for almost anything. You can either measure the old bearings yourself or probably just call them and tell 'em you need bearings for the Oliver.

Two things before you replace the bearings:
1) how do you know they are worn-out?
Oliver used quality bearings and unless the thing has been crashed several times at Taft, chances are the originals are perfectly OK. Maybe just gummed up.
2) in the event you do decide to replace them, do not buy expensive, instrument or high precision bearings, which have smaller internal clearances.
Use only run-of-the-mill standard clearance bearings.
The Oliver bearings are fitted fairly tightly in the case and this will have to be heated for removal and replacement.
