Veco 35 Stunt Engine

Have aquired a Veco 35 stunt control line engine circa mid 50's, the engine is missing a venturi insert and as I don't wish to run this on pressure I will attempt to make an insert. Can anyone tell me what would be the optimum I/D size of such an insert. Many thanks in advance.

What size needle are you using? Start with a .257 or .261 if using an OS type (.135) needle or a .277 or .281 if using an ST (.155) type of needle.

Many thanks Len, I will now ask my trusty Taig model lathe to work its customary magic and soon another Ringmaster will gyrate the sky powered by a relic from the 50's. The spraybar is not a OS or ST and I suspect it could be the original Veco one but it is .157 dia so your latter values will apply.
