ST46

just saw a CL version of a G21 46 on ebay with needle assembly through the centre of the venturi and crankcase boss but NO evidence of the usual pinch bolt hole to hold RC carb or needle for sprinkler carb. Was an early version with no muffler lugs. My question is, was the ST 46 ever made as a CL only version?

Yes, exactly as pictured. I had two of these in the early 70s, as well as a similar G21/.51 which I later sold to Al Rabe.
