I just want to thank everyone who discussed this unfortunate event and how to avoid it. I have a second generation ARF Nobler in the box with an LA 46 to power it. And I was planning on putting it together just as it came. Then I found this forum. Someone posted the Tom Morris " drop in control systenm " and I called him just as he was getting ready to pack up for the NATS. I ordered the controls and a set of lines and handle for the Nobler. I hope that can eliminate all but my poor skill from the list of things that will put this Nobler in the rebuild stack! Again, thanks for all the info.
